1 small onion, finally chopped or 1 tsp of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of each, cumin, marjoram, pepper, Ginger
1/2 teaspoon each dried basil,Thyme and Sage
2 teaspoons sea salt or Herbamare
2 tbsp. of ground flaxseed
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp of butter or oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except butter, and form into patties. Melt butter in pan over medium heat and cook patties in butter for several minutes per side or until done. These can be frozen, wrapped separately right in airtight container
